Damaged, wrong or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reship at no cost or refund the item, your choice. Contact details
Lost in transit
If tracking stalls for 7 or more business days, we reship or refund.
Sealed vials
Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Opened vials
Opened vials can't be returned, because we can't verify their integrity once the seal is broken.
Refunds
Refunds go back by Interac e-Transfer (or the original card once cards are live) within 5 business days of approval.
