About BPC-157

BPC-157, also published as Body Protection Compound-157, Pentadecapeptide BPC 157 and BPC157, is catalogued here as: Synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, tissue-repair models. Studied in rat tendon-derived cells and tissue for how repair-related cells move and survive stress. BPC-157 is a short synthetic peptide of fifteen amino acids. Researchers study it because it appears to change how repair-related cells behave, how well they survive stress and how readily they move. It is supplied here for laboratory research; the cited experiment does not establish treatment benefits in people. A short peptide studied in the lab for how tendon cells move and respond to injury-related signals.

Researchers typically study it in tissue-repair preparations: how cells derived from tendon behave, whether they survive stress, whether they migrate, and which signalling proteins change. Those measurements are designed to test a mechanism, not to demonstrate recovery from an injury.

In rat Achilles tendon-derived explants and cells, one frequently cited study reported increased outgrowth, improved cell survival under stress and increased migration, with FAK and paxillin phosphorylation examined; proliferation was not reported as directly increased.

Cells / animal literature: Rat tendon explants showed increased outgrowth; cultured tendon cells showed greater survival under stress and migration. Rat-derived preparations, not a human healing trial.

Cells literature: FAK and paxillin signalling changed, while cell proliferation was not directly increased. Signalling and cell movement are not clinical recovery outcomes.

Bloom Labs lists BPC-157 as a vial in 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg, with pack sizes of 1, 3, 5 and 10. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, and orders ship from Canada by tracked Canadian service.

A lab report for BPC-157 is available on request. Bloom Labs does not display a report until it is matched to the exact compound and strength.
